Our founder, Cyrina Thomas, noticed that many small businesses were encouraged to launch quickly and patch things together later. She saw that the strategies used by big companies, like vendor alignment and scalable systems, were often overlooked in the small business world. That’s why Base Builder Labs was born: to help builders take a moment, get clear, and design the right base before they scale.
